Mr. Graham advises Beard
Development Corporation and BDC Funding in areas of real
estate and transactional law. He is a partner with Williams
Mullen specializing in real estate development, mergers
and acquisitions, hotel development and financing, securities
and banking, venture capital transactions, housing authority
law and international business transactions.
Mr. Graham is a published
author in The Banking Law Journal and a frequent speaker
at continuing legal education seminars and a lecturer
on issues currently affecting the housing industry and
international business transactions.
Prior to joining
Williams Mullen in 1992, Mr. Graham was a partner with
Hirschler, Fleischer, Weinberg, Cox & Allen
in Richmond, Virginia and chairman of the firm's 17-lawyer
Business Section. His efforts were concentrated in mergers
and acquisitions work and represented a major bank in
many commercial loans.
Mr. Graham received his law degree from the University
of Virginia School of Law in 1975. He graduated
summa cum laude from Hampden-Sydney College in 1972.
Mr. Graham is a member of the Virginia State Bar and
American Bar Association.
